Chris entered the consulting industry early in his career after brief roles in the engineering departments at both Anheuser Busch and Proctor & Gamble in St. Louis, MO. As Chief Technology Officer for an Environmental, Health and Safety consulting firm, he helped drive efficiency within the business and for its clients through implementation of management system methodologies. After 10 years in EHS consulting, Chris formed PointSource with the intent of providing these IT services to additional industries.

Marc Brynczka brings 15 years of experience with technology based solutions across a variety of industries. Throughout this time, he has been primarily focused with the full life cycle deployment of information management systems. Marc founded PointSource along with his partners in 2004 with the intent of helping companies succeed with their technology initiatives to drive business process optimization and agility. Before starting PointSource, he served as the Director of Information Technology for the management consulting firm InteGreyted International. Marc has also worked in corporate roles with Becton Dickinson, as well as other varied consulting roles. Marc has a B.A. in Environmental Science from Ramapo College of New Jersey. In addition to his day to day work at PointSource leading technology initiatives and managing business operations, Marc has been focused on developing new cloud based technology solutions for global companies.

Kevin brings over 10 years experience as an IT consultant. Prior to joining PointSource, Kevin was a Project Manager and Banking Officer at M&T Bank, where he managed a variety of large infrastructure and application design projects, including projects for the bank's web banking and mortgage origination systems, as well as merging technologies and systems for several acquisitions. At PointSource, he continues to lead technology initiatives, fulfilling business requirements with optimal solutions, and managing business operations and strategy. Kevin has an MBA from the University at Buffalo and a B.S. from the University of Dayton.

Brian joined PointSource in 2007 to lead Repeat Consulting, a PointSource subsidiary. He also continues to be involved with PointSource's new product initiatives and participates in sales and marketing activities. Before joining PointSource, Brian worked for Express Scripts as Director Sales Channel Management. Prior to his employment at Express Scripts he worked in the retail banking practices at Accenture and Deloitte Consulting as a merger & acquistion and business process transformation expert. Brian received his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

Aram brings to PointSource over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. He joined PointSource in 2007, after working with closely with the PointSource team for over 6 years on varying projects as a consultant. Aram is an experienced software architect who has been involved in numerous complex solutions involving multiple technologies. He has authored and co-authored multiple publications in both IT and science related fields. Aram holds an MS degree in Theoretical Physics from Yerevan State University, Armenia, with a specialization in Computer Modeling in Physics.

Linda joined the PointSource team in 2007 to guide operations and client website development for Pulse Realty Software, a PointSource subsidiary. Linda has more than 40 years of professional experience in management, business analysis, corporate training, and software application design and development. Following a career in aviation management, she founded and was the principal partner of two information technology consulting businesses and has over 20 years of technical expertise in the field. She has designed solutions for a wide range of industries, authored numerous technical and instructional manuals, and provided training for thousands of programmers and network administrators worldwide.

Chris is an accomplished IT Executive with hands-on expertise in leveraging emerging technologies to deliver high value enterprise solutions - from concept to value. He has an extensive background in services delivery, practice management, resource management, program/project management, and designing, selling, and delivering Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions.

Prior to joining PointSource, Chris was a Services Delivery Executive for IBM Software Services for WebSphere (ISSW), which he joined through the 2006 acquisition of Webify Solutions. At IBM, he grew ISSW's BPM delivery practice to serve the needs of IBM's largest domestic and international customers. While at Webify Solutions, Chris was Director of Client Delivery and Enablement where he held overall responsibility for client satisfaction from solution concept to customer support.
