SOLUTION

PointSource designed and developed a centralized, web-based system to house and disperse this knowledge throughout the organization. The Inogen Knowledge Center (IKC) solution stores a wealth of information about Inogen's employees, clients and associates - ranging from basic contact information to country-specific Environmental, Health and Safety capabilities and training. The IKC also provides numerous reports, queries and search functions, enabling the users to quickly find information on demand. The nucleus of the solution is the library, with advanced filters, quick links and access controls that make sharing information simple and secure.
