PointSource designed and developed a centralized, web-based system to house and disperse this knowledge throughout the organization. The Inogen Knowledge Center (IKC) solution stores a wealth of information about Inogen's employees, clients and associates - ranging from basic contact information to country-specific Environmental, Health and Safety capabilities and training. The IKC also provides numerous reports, queries and search functions, enabling the users to quickly find information on demand. The nucleus of the solution is the library, with advanced filters, quick links and access controls that make sharing information simple and secure.
With the Inogen Knowledge Center solution, Inogen has the ability to share and disperse the most current information globally throughout the Alliance. The Inogen Knowledge Center has a variety of reporting functions which allow management to comprehend and measure its collective knowledge and expertise around the globe. An internal scoring and alert system challenges associates to keep information fresh and current. PointSource hosts and manages the entire Application Lifecycle of Inogen Knowledge Center and provides support to Inogen Knowledge Center users through PointSource Help Desk Services.
