PointSource is pleased to announce the deployment of our new Online Helpdesk System. This system will serve as the technical support "front end" for all applications supported by PointSource for their clients. The Helpdesk will provide a formal means of support and communication between PointSource support personnel and those who use these applications. This includes employees, partners, contractors and clients. The Helpdesk is fully automated, enabling users to create and view their own existing requests at any time.
The Helpdesk provides users with three methods of support:
Regardless of the method of communication you choose, PointSource support personnel will be instantly notified of your request - and the user will always be kept up to date of our progress in real time.
