PointSource recently implemented a new web-based risk management system used to help Sara Lee manage its global environmental, safety & health, fire prevention, social compliance and security programs.
The solution included many critical components that contributed to its success, including:
PointSource's success with this project is attributed to the structure and level of detail employed in their design, development and deployment processes. A comprehensive design and project plan ensured that the software suite, which includes more than 10 separate modules, was successfully rolled out to their users in under 5 months.
