PointSource announced investment in venture to develop a high-end realty workflow software package. The product will premier at the Sotheby's International Realty Networking event in Scottsdale, AZ in early May.
The workflow software will both automate and track key process steps supporting the high-end real estate sales cycle. Though designed mindful of the consistencies in Sotheby's Realty practices and high-end clients' needs, the software will be configurable to meet the unique requirements of Sotheby's offices around the world.
"The goal of this project is to help Sotheby's agents and support teams to spend more time on highly value-added steps necessary to sell homes" stated Chris Hugill, President of PointSource. "Automation of administrative tasks and sophisticated progress reporting will free up valuable time for agents to meet with potential buyers and sellers."
